Where are your products produced?
To provide a wide assortment of offerings, our products are sourced from various regions across the USA.  Our tees are printed locally by a small business right here in the San Diego Area.  In like manner, our embroidered products are also done by a small business in the area as well.  Be assured that when ordered, each item is custom-printed or embroidered with great care and love. Please note: because we use multiple partners, your order may be split across multiple shipments!

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom printed/embroidered merchandise, items can not be returned due to incorrect sizing or change of heart.  Please double check sizing and color configuration prior to placing your order.  With that said, defective products will be replaced at no cost! Please use the “Contact” form or email us at and send us a message if you receive a defective item!

Where can I view sizing information?
You can view the size information in the product description.  

My item arrived defective, what should I do?
If an item is damaged or defective in workmanship, please email us at and provide a photo of the damaged/defective goods within 10 days of purchase and a replacement will be sent to you. In these cases, you will receive a replacement at no expense to you. 

I have an issue with my order, what do I do?

The t-shirt that I received has some kind of residue on it. What should I do?
When you receive your item, you may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle.  As a reminder, do not iron directly on the design.  Turn the shirt inside out and iron on the reverse side.

I like to shop with peace of mind.  Is your website secure?
Absolutely! You'll notice that the url in the address bar has the letter "s" after the http portion. That means that our site is secure and you can shop with confidence and peace of mind. In addition, we are powered by Shopify, a trusted partner that provides a secure and encrypted checkout experience. The "Shopify Secure" logo is proudly displayed at the bottom of our website.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Each item is custom-printed or embroidered with great care and love. As such, most orders are processed within 10 business days and may take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

What is the best way to care for my t-shirt? 
Cold Machine Wash (Mild detergent only). Do not iron directly over the design. Prior to first wash, do not iron on the area around the design as well. It is advised to turn the garment inside-out then iron in the area where the graphic resides. Do not use bleach on the garment. Do not dry clean the garment. Also, to ensure color quality and to minimize fading of your design, please laundry your garment inside-out.

Why is the design's size/positioning slightly different than the display on your website/social media?
We provide images of goods for illustrative purposes only and they are intended to give a visual approximation of how the finished product will look. However, due to monitor settings as well as other uncontrollable factors, the actual goods you receive may differ slightly from the image displayed on our website. Such differences may include garment color, design size and positioning.
